Cancellation Policy

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it after it has been placed, please visit  bloomazz.com and log in with your phone number, cancel the order from my order section. If you face any difficulties contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Return & Exchange Policy

The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered. We do not return or exchange if any of the tags are torn. Please provide an unboxing video of the product for exchange in case of any product discrepancies or if you receive any damaged product. Exchanges will only be facilitated to only those customers who will provide us with unboxing videos.
